Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
Items purchased on lacyloulondon.com website are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and whilst in transit back to us.
We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Please note that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.

Exchange requests are only processed once we have received the original product back with us and are based on stock availability at that time.
We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance of receiving the original product back.
Exchanges will be shipped to you, the customer, free of charge.
Should you be interested in an exchange we highly recommend you check the product page for the item you are looking to exchange. If the product page states the product is low in stock we recommend you place a new order and then follow the Returns procedure above to return the product you no longer want.

All returns that are shipped back to us, within the 14-day time period stated in our returns policy, will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Once we have received the returned product back to us, we will issue a refund within 30 days after receipt.
Please note, some banks have a further lead time from us processing the refund until the funds are credited back to your account.
